How do I add a cover letter or supporting information to my application?

From the job details page, click “Apply for this job”. When completing the application form you can attach a cover letter and/or CV. If you feel there is further information that should be considered, please email careers@seeto.co.uk.

What happens once I have applied?

The Seeto team reviews job applicants for each position and reaches out to those who best appear to match the requirements for the role. If you’re not contacted for the job you applied for, your information will be stored in Seeto’s candidate database, which means you may be contacted for other opportunities at a later date. To exercise your data protection rights, please contact careers@seeto.co.uk.

How will I know you have received my application?

When you apply for a job at Seeto via our careers portal, you will receive an automated email response that confirms receipt of your application. If you have not received this email, please check your junk folder.

Can I withdraw my application?

Yes, if you change your mind about a particular job, you may withdraw your application at any time.

What if I need a visa?

You must have the right to work and live in the country where the role you are applying for is situated at the time of your application. Seeto is unable to sponsor applicants at this time.

Do you offer entry-level and part-time positions?

Yes, we do. Seeto recognises the value that early-career applicants and those looking to change careers can bring to the business. Though most of our positions are full-time, some positions are more suited to part-time and flexible working patterns.

Roles suitable for entry-level applicants, part-time and flexible positions and those suitable for job sharing are clearly marked as such. If a suitable position is not currently being advertised, please check again later.

Interviews

How are interviews conducted at Seeto?

Our interview process differs for each role. However, for the majority of our roles, we use a two-stage interview process. You may be asked to prepare for an interview task. Your Seeto contact will let you know the details of the interview process when you are shortlisted and will let you know of anything specific that you should prepare for.

How can I prepare for an interview?

The interview is about getting to know you and finding a great fit for Seeto. Tell us how your experience and achievements to date prepare you for the role you have applied for. We suggest re-reading the job description and researching the role and our company.

Should I ask questions?

Interviews are a two-way street. We want you to be sure Seeto is right for you. Thoughtful questions will help you to learn as much about our business as we hope to learn about you.

Is there a dress code?

We might be a fully remote business, but PJs don’t cut it with our customers! The Seeto team tends to rock smart casual. We don’t expect you to dress up to impress us.

How long will my interview last?

The majority of our interviews last between 45 minutes and an hour. However, this may differ depending on the role you have applied for. Your Seeto contact will always let you know the details of the interview process when you are shortlisted.

What happens after my interview?

Your Seeto contact will be in touch to confirm whether or not you have been successful and provide you with any feedback.
