Comprehensive Technical Support
Access to friendly tech experts 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. This includes troubleshooting and resolving common issues with software and hardware.
Proactive IT Strategy Sessions
Fortnightly check-in meetings to discuss optimisation opportunities and provide updates on support and AOB.
Note: Implementing IT projects or complex changes may require a separate service agreement, which will require approval.
Conversational Support & Helpdesk Access
The most convenient way for your team to report issues or ask questions is through Slack. There is no need for emails, forms, or calls! Our team is available at the drop of a message, bringing our partnership closer. We ensure that everything in Slack also syncs with our ticketing system so everything is logged. You can also access our IT Helpdesk Portal for IT onboarding and offboarding support.
IT Onboarding/Offboarding
The account creation process includes a 30-minute IT induction call, and IT offboarding covers managing accounts for departing employees. You are entitled to two combined IT onboarding and offboarding requests each month. Any requests over this limit will result in an additional fee.

Security and Data Protection
We offer more than just essential IT support to better support your team’s growth. We provide value-added services such as regular laptop security updates, device health check and inventory management. Antivirus software is also available for an additional but affordable monthly subscription.

Support+ has a simple, streamlined onboarding process that sets a solid foundation for excellent service and support to your team.
We’ll provide you and your team with access to our service desk portal via the web and email, as well as set up our Slack bot, which offers support to your team whenever and wherever they need it.
We work with you to design and document your onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring we fully understand your requirements. We will help you to identify and address common security weaknesses to protect your business from cyber-attacks and keep your data safe.
We can also refer you to our preferred hardware and software resellers if you do not already have these relationships.
