How it’s priced
- Support+ and Concierge: offboarding is included in your monthly fee.
- Flex: £164 for account closure, data transfer and email archiving. Device collection from £140, redeployment £25 and storage £10 a month.
Want to keep a leaver’s email and files without paying for their seat? Backup and recovery keeps them safely.

Tell us when, and we’ll handle the rest. If it’s a difficult exit, we can close access at a moment that suits you, during UK working hours (09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday).
